Traditional wood / UPVC and tile hung cladding offers no real thermal efficiency. Celotex PIR Insulation Board
We use Celotex GA4050. Foil faced polyurethane insulation board for excellent thermal performance in sealed cavity air spaces. BBA certified R-Value 2.25m2k /W and E reaction fire classification according to BS EN 13501-1.

Truly no one actually knows how long it would stay functional but many believe they could well be going strong at 50 years.
